The BGC Arts Center offers flexible spaces for various events, catering from plays and performances, to corporate and social celebrations. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering, conducting a workshop, mounting an art exhibit, organizing a production, or hosting a banquet, our spaces can accommodate you.

WHAT VENUE RENTAL PACKAGES DOES THE BGC ARTS CENTER OFFER?

WHAT ARE THE INCLUSIONS OF THE VENUE RENTAL RATES?
Our rental rates include 4-hour use of the venue—2 hours ingress and 2 hours egress—basic lights and sounds, as well as basic maintenance, janitorial, and security services. Lease of the auditorium and recital hall includes one-time setup of stage and theater seats, one (1) light technician, one (1) sound man, and use of the back-of-house amenities during show days.
CAN FOOD AND DRINKS BE SERVED INSIDE THE SPACES OF THE BGC ARTS CENTER?
Serving of food and beverage inside the Globe Auditorium is allowed for cocktail and banquet set-up only. For theater and area setup, beverages are allowed into the auditorium unless prohibited by production. For food, serving is limited to the lobby areas only. Additional housekeeping services will be needed should the client require food inside any of the venues inside BGCAC.
FOR A BANQUET SETUP, CAN I BRING MY OWN CATERERS?
All caterers for events at the BGC Arts Center must abide by the facility use guidelines. We request that clients choose from our list of accredited caterers, as each has been selected for their expertise in catering and quality of service. WHAT ARE THE SETUP RESTRICTIONS FOR HOLDING AN EVENT AT THE BGC ARTS CENTER?
To preserve the quality of the facility, no permanent physical changes should be made to any of the areas such as boring of holes, repainting of walls, floors, etc. Damages to the venues will be charged to the facility user.
