1. Make your write-up about your proposed performance: Maximum of 3 pages in PDF Format
a. Cover letter addressed to the “BGC Arts Center Festival Committee” summarizing your proposed performance/ artwork with contact details of the person submitting the proposal (full name, mobile number, email address)b. Biography of the individual or production company including track record, website, photos (please see guidelines on attaching photos) and videos (links) of previous work and performances.c. Identification of the specific BGC Arts Center venue requested for your proposed performance or exhibition (Indoor venues: Globe Auditorium, Zobel de Ayala Recital Hall, Exhibit Hall; Outdoor venues: Alveo Central Plaza, Sun Life Amphitheater, etc.). 2. Compile relevant performance photos in an e-folder
a. Include a maximum of 10 high-resolution photos of the performance/act. Minimum resolution: 1920x1080 px at 300 dpi.
3. Submit #s 1 and 2 above
a. Via email, attach the proposal (containing BOTH the write up and photos folder as a ZIP file) and name the file according to this format: (NameofProductions/Individual).ZIP
