The nearest BGC public parking areas are Gallery Parkade (entrance along 9th Ave or 11th Ave), Fort Strip (entrance along 7th Ave), or CCI Forum behind McDonalds (entrance along 7th Ave).

  • All BGC Arts Center staff are FULLY VACCINATED

  • Aligned with the IATF and Taguig Safe City Task Force protocols, fully vaccinated guests 18 years old and up can enter the Theater, upon presentation of proof of vaccination and valid ID.

  • Minors, regardless of vaccination status, can enter if accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult guardian. 

  • Wearing of face mask (cover nose to chin) is highly recommended for the elderly, individuals with comorbidities, immunocompromised individuals, pregnant women, and symptomatic individuals.

  • Frequently wash/sanitize your hands

  • Practice proper coughing & sneezing etiquette

  • Maintain physical distancing

  • NO eating and drinking allowed inside the venue for classes, exhibits, and shows.

  • For banquet events, safety measures shall be implemented. 

  • If you are feeling unwell and with flu-like symptoms and/or have been recently exposed to a COVID-19 positive individual, please consult a medical professional prior to attending any event. 

 

All events at the BGC Arts Center comply with the latest IATF and Taguig LGU safety protocols at the time of the Event. We will continue to update protocols as needed.

 

Be sure to check with the event organizer / producer for the event safety guidelines and before making any ticket purchase / program payment.

The safe return of LIVE events is a collective effort of all stakeholders - producers/organizers, talents/artists, crew, venue, and guests. All guests acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and that potential risks exist in attendance of the event/s. Accordingly, facility users and guests voluntarily assume the COVID-19 related risks associated or arising from the attendance of the event.

HOUSE RULES

Coming to the theater to watch a theatrical show or concert performance?

Take note of our house rules for your visit.

 

All audience members must respect the theater’s environment and its performers throughout the entire show/exhibit. Everyone is expected to watch quietly unless asked otherwise.

 

The BGC Arts Center reserves the right to ask audience members to leave if they behave in a rowdy manner, cause any disturbance or disruption, or violate any safety protocols.

GENERAL THEATER ETIQUETTE

  • In live theater, the actors can see and hear the audience. Please be respectful to the performers by not whispering or talking during the performance.

  • If an audience member deliberately interferes with an actor or performance, such as causing a disruptive scene or causing harm to the actors or to the set, before or during a show, the BGC Arts Center has the right to discontinue the performance without refunding tickets.

LATECOMERS

  • Every effort is made to start performances on time unless an unavoidable delay occurs Latecomers will be let in at the discretion of the Front of House staff. In the case of a reserved house, latecomers forgo the right to their reserved seats and will be seated at the back of the auditorium or in the nearest, most accessible seats. However, if an intermission occurs, said patrons can get up and relocate to their designated, reserved seats.

  • Individual producers retain the right to set their policies on latecomers and their seating arrangements.

ACCESSIBILITY

  • The BGC Arts Center features ramps and elevators for wheel chair access.

  • When ordering tickets to a seated show, please inform the Box Office if you will require accessible seating, or seating for support companions.

CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE

  • Some productions may not be appropriate for children. Please inquire for age-appropriate guidelines for shows and exhibits. You can also call our Box Office for more information.

  • Young children attending a performance must be accompanied by an adult and must be old enough to appreciate the performance. Accompanying adults will be asked to escort any unruly or noisy children out of the venue.

  • We strongly recommend that children under the age of 6 not be brought to the theater except for specifically advertised family and community events.

  • Fire codes require that each patron, including children, have a ticket to the production—lap seating is strictly prohibited.

PETS

  • While BGC is a pet-friendly city and welcome pets in its outdoor spaces, pets are not allowed into the theater as they may be disruptive or may cause harm to the venue and its guests.

SMOKING

The BGC Arts Center is a non-smoking facility. Smoking and vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes, are prohibited in the venue. Penalties will be imposed to event organizers or program participants for any violations.

MOBILE PHONES, CAMERAS, AND OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES

  • Unless specified by the production, no cameras or recording devices of any kind are allowed in the theater. It is against copyright laws to take photographs of any kind inside the theater; however, you are welcome to take photographs at the grounds and lobbies.

  • Turn off and put away all electronic devices prior to entering the theater, such as cell phones, alarms, iPods, gaming devices, laser pointers, and other similar devices that will distract or disrupt. Text messaging and playing electronic games during the performance will not be tolerated.

DRESS CODE

Casual attire is allowed unless specified otherwise by the production. The wearing of flip-flops, sports jerseys, sleeveless undershirts or the like is prohibited.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

  • Food and beverage are not permitted inside the Globe Auditorium and Zobel de Ayala Recital Hall, unless the event is a banquet/cocktails event. 

  • Guests can visit the Philippines' first stand-alone McCafe, accessible from the Alveo Central Plaza.

POST-SHOW DISCUSSION

Should the production have a post-show discussion, please do not ask any inappropriate questions (questions you would not ask your mother or grandmother).

EMERGENCIES AND FIRST AID

In case of a medical emergency, please contact the nearest usher.

LOST AND FOUND

Lost and found items must be reported to the theater’s administration team.
