This is a perfect way to honor the people behind the food we enjoy everyday. As we all know, their task is difficult but sometimes we forget because we don't have much knowledge about what they are doing, or we don't know the real scenario inside the kitchen, in the production area nor in the agricultural area.
Perhaps this is the time to really appreciate the back story of the food we eat so that we will enjoy it holisticaly. The food industry as a whole is not just a mere commercial sector, it is also inhabited by art.
